FAQs

How long does it take to get accepted into the program?

Applications are typically reviewed within one week. Once approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to access your ambassador dashboard and start completing challenges.

What’s the difference between a discount code and an affiliate link?

Your discount code allows customers to manually enter at checkout for 15% off. Your affiliate link is clickable, which takes customers directly to the quip website with  your discount code automatically applied at checkout. Both track sales and allow you to earn commission.

Where can I see my points balance?

Your points total is in your dashboard.

Do my points expire?

Points do not have a set expiration date. However, accounts that remain inactive for 6 months may be removed from the ambassador program. Staying active by completing challenges or participating in the community will keep your account and points active.

How do I earn affiliate commissions?

Share your 15% off discount code and for every sale made with your code, you’ll earn commission.

How do payouts work?

We pay out commissions during the first week of each month.

Where do I view my affiliate stats?

Log in to your SocialLadder account to view points, sales and earnings.

How will I know when I have made a sale?

You will receive an email each time you make a sale.

What is my reward eligible towards?

Rewards can be redeemed for quip products and other perks available in the rewards catalog. Once you earn enough points, you can redeem them directly through the SocialLadder dashboard.

How do I ensure my post is valid?

After submitting your post, you will be notified whether or not your post is valid.

Who is this program for?

The quip Ambassador Program is open to anyone who wants to help promote better oral health habits while earning rewards for their participation.

Do I need a minimum number of followers to join?

No. This program focuses on authentic advocacy rather than follower count. Anyone can join the community and start earning points by completing challenges and sharing their experience with quip.

Do I have to post on social media to participate?

Not necessarily. While many challenges involve posting content, there are also opportunities to earn points by completing surveys, leaving product reviews, participating in community discussions, and engaging with quip content.

Can my commission rate increase over time?

Yes. Ambassadors who consistently create great content and drive engagement or sales may be invited to higher tiers with increased commission rates and additional perks.
