How many samples can I receive?

You can request one sample of each quip bestseller — Ultra, Rev, and Water Flosser. Limited to one order per account.

How long will it take to receive my sample?

Please allow up to 7–10 days for your sample(s) to be processed and delivered.

What if I have an issue with my sample?

If your sample is damaged or incorrect, please reach out to help@getquip.com within 7 days of delivery. Eligible claims will be reviewed, and replacements or credit may be issued in line with our internal policies.
