Do I have to order a minimum amount?

Yes! We’re happy offer a deep discount on all wholesale orders, including:

  • quip Sonic Toothbrushes (Adult + Kids) - 40 minimum (20 per set)
  • quip Ultra, quip Rev - 36 brush minimum (9 per set)
  • quip Water Flossers - 48 minimum (24 per set)

Do patients have to subscribe to refills?

No, patients do not have to subscribe to quip. One-time purchases are available at getquip.com, but for the best value, automatic delivery (on a dentist-recommended schedule), and free quip Perks loyalty credits, we highly recommend a 3-month refill plan.

Do you offer special savings for patients?

Yes! Patients can get up to $15 off their first subscription refill with the coupon we’ve included in their order. Terms apply.

How should I offer quip to patients?

How long until I receive my wholesale order?

Wholesale orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days. Sometimes sooner!

Can I return my wholesale order?

No, all orders are final sale and not eligible for refunds per terms and conditions. If you have an issue with your product(s), please reach out to help@getquip.com for support. For damaged or incorrect shipments, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Eligible claims will be reviewed, and replacements or credit may be issued in line with our internal policies.

How do I get my free quip sample?

Once you are an approved provider, head over to our Request a Sample page to request a sample of each quip bestseller. Please allow up to 7–10 days for your sample(s) to be processed and delivered. Limited to one order per account.

How can I become a brand ambassador?

Apply to join the quip Profreshionals Club if you are a current dental pro or student age 18+ who can meet these qualifications:
